At the cashier's window, Manny greeted me with a smile and quickly completed all my withdrawals and deposits, answered all my questions, and advised me on what to do regarding a procedure that wasn't Within her job responsibilities. Manny was professional, amiable and very helpful, so thank you 🙏 While I was sitting there and making a call, two other ladies approached me, asked if I needed assistance, and answered my questions. The staff at this branch are five-star.🌟

Came in to cash a check a month ago and had no issues. Now I come in and they’re giving me all kinds of run arounds for a simple small check. After I asked to make a complaint they acted even more unprofessional. It seems as if they get paid to get mad and only make people’s lives more difficult. These people should be trained better very disappointed. I will never step foot at this place again.
