- FMFrankie MartinezDec 2, 20251.0Today, 7:30 pm, the stand-alone ATM wasn't accepting cash deposits. This is not the first time this has occurred. Other times, the ATM is just not working period. And us customers, have to go to the ATM located at the branch just a few feet away, find terrible parking, wait in line outside (especially now in the cold), not making the experience convenient at all. I am writing this because something is always not working at the stand-alone drive-thru ATM and I can't even find a simple/quick, customer service email contact to let them know about the issue I came across today.
- EMElizabeth MarieApr 18, 20193.0Overall a small and convenient location. Always recieved with a smile by Marciela and the girls. The only rude one is one of the managers “LOBNA”. When they are short tellers she has to jump in to help. She makes it seem like a burden or like if your bothering her. It’s not our fault they are short tellers, you never take it out on your customers. She needs to work on her customer service and greeting skills. A smile goes a long way.
