- RCRocco CotySep 22, 20252.0I originally opened a Truist account because of a promotion offering $400 for new checking accounts, which I never received. I continued using the bank since the staff was always friendly, and Lucresia was especially helpful in assisting me with a credit card. However, from the start, my account has had ongoing issues with Auto-Pay not being applied. This has led to multiple late fees that were never refunded, and as a result, my credit score has dropped significantly. I have repeatedly asked for assistance in removing these negative credit marks, but no resolution was provided.
