My account was frozen by the bank for no reason and ridiculously, it happened right before my closing day. We were desperate until we met her. She helped us wholeheartedly and truly understood how important the closing day was. A thousand thank-yous wouldn’t be enough for her we are genuinely grateful. And honestly, Truist is a terrible bank ever!!!!
