My recent visit and interaction with Denis at this branch proves that he actually cared and was really genuinely wanting to help me. Got my transaction completed and my new card ordered. I will continue the relationship there as well as with Denis. Hopefully he stays at this location/Company. He's a diamond in a sea of coal.
