I visited the bank to have insurance paperwork notarized. The notary refused to process the document, stating, 'Your document is not approved.' When I asked for a reason, she said her manager had not approved it but couldn't provide any specific explanation. The manager then claimed the document was 'expired,' but the date he was referring to be the insurance term's inception date (October 2024 - October 2025), not an expiration date for the notary form itself. The service I received was unprofessional and disrespectful."

Fun fact! You cannot get your 10 day Auto Loan payoff letter on their website or have it emailed. It has to be faxed (2 business days) or mailed (5-7 business days). Sounds a little shady? Because it is. Will never finance through this failing bank again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your branch. I visited to enable ACH payment functionality, as I was instructed to do so. I explained the situation to the branch manager, Micheal, but unfortunately, he was unable to assist me and directed me to call the 1800 number. Upon calling the number, I was advised to visit any Truist bank to resolve the issue. When I spoke with the manager again, I was met with a response that I found to be unprofessional and discourteous. Subsequently, I traveled to another branch, where Luis and Pam provided excellent and professional assistance, despite the fact that they informed me that only a banker could resolve the issue.
