Worst customer service from a teller who says she’s worked there for 3.5 years. She wanted to go back and forth with me over a miscommunication about endorsing a check for deposit when she was asking me to write our company name and even tells me “my co worker heard me say it” and then after I ask if I the bank manager is in and she responds by lobbying at his door and saying his name I ask if she needs to call for him or do I go in and she said “oh well I can call him you never said you wanted to speak with him.....” then tells me she knows my boss “very well” yes I do too it’s a family company. Horrible customer service.

This bank is horrible they are more concern about leaving at 5 than helping their customer and when I told them I’ll just go somewhere else they acted like they didn’t even care. I think I just need to take all my money out this non helping customer service company.
