- BWBret WesolekSep 16, 20221.0I got a loan for my car a few years ago from BBT. So BBT gets bought out/absorbed by Truist. No big deal, good logo. But don't try to get ahold of any one during their posted customer service hours. 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri. Your superb customer service system has hung up on me... twice. So I'm just trying to fix a little problem... I double payed the loan last month.... stupid, but I'll just swallow it. But nooooooo, now I'm delinquent, with fees of $60-some dollars, and probably dinged my credit report. In this world, I guess that's what you get for paying early. I just want to get this corrected and make my upcoming payment. Can y'all handle that?
