  Es exagerado el tiempo que tardan, exactamente 35 min para contar un depósito de menos de $2000 dolares con personal de 3, ( 0 money skills ) si no hubiera exigido que se apresuren , el tiempo de espera hubiese Sido 1 hora !!!

  I went to the branch today around 1 pm to make a simple deposit of 2 checks, I was 1st in the 2nd lane and sent up my paperwork. A car came in after me in another lane and the teller proceeded to help them. After waiting 15 mins I called the teller and she did not respond, at one point there were 3 people and no one helped. After calling them, one tells me "I don't have access to a computer and the other tellers went to lunch". After waiting over 20 mins for the deposit, I simple asked for my paperwork back. And this is not the first time I have had bad experiences at this branch. They are unfriendly and rude.

  Sitting here wondering why they’re not opened and it’s seven minutes after 9am. The worker in a silver dodge was just sitting in her car and got out once she seen me pulling in, This location has terrible customer service. I see why they have such a low rating.

  Drive thru not open till 7 like Google had recently updated times open until... So when do they actually close?
