Nothing we have requested has been completed and it’s been 3 weeks!! We are trying to handling important business affairs for our CHURCH & do to the lack of completion of what we asked to have done we have hit a brick wall yet again. Do to this bank. When we call Rodney we got no answer, sent him an email, and was told he NEVER PROCESSED OUR REQUEST.. from a month ago. No one ever called to discuss deposit stamps or money management software like he said they would, nor did they email us and he said that was the other way they’d reach out they did neither. I’ll be calling the branch manager today!! During thinks process we also learned that a deceased member we asked to have taken off the account 3 years ago with all the supporting documentation was still on the account when we went in 3 weeks ago & someone had updated is information last year. This bank is a joke. Glad I don’t keep my money here.
