- LHlauren henagerMay 29, 20251.0This isn’t for this location. This is just a general review for Prosperity. As a bank I should be able to have access to my funds at all times wherever I am. If you are traveling international, a block will be put onto your card every time you use it, regardless if you put a travel notice in or not. You will have to call customer support that then has to call their manager having you on hold for 30 minutes. If you speak with someone to prevent future blocks, you will be advised to figure out another form of payment which I mean what’s the point in having a card right. If you are needing to speak with someone after banking hours to have the block removed, good luck. You can call the fraud hotline but they do not have the ability to remove the block hold.

I had to cash my check and the manager that was serving at that time there she yelled why are you here today for, for what reason you’re here? I told her that I’m a bit disappointed why do you have to yell at the customers like this. I’m a current customer with prosperity bank. Than she starts making some kind of gestures with her hands as I was unable to understand or even speak English. I did deposited my check and then at the end of service she was still raising the tone of her voice as she wanted to show me that I was wrong. I’m a regular customer with prosperity bank and my name is Dritan. Horrible service

The tellers were both condescending, I had plastic DL that was expired with the renewed paper DL that I just got, which didn't expire until 3 months out and was told by the hispanic teller very rudely ,we don't except anything except plastic DL's. I went 10 minutes away to another branch and was immediately helped by their ALL BLACK STAFF
