- DDDavidNov 11, 20251.0Horrible customer service, walked in to deposit a an account transfer from an old 401k to my edward jones account and the guy asked me to come back before closing (which was in 10 min) which I told him this and he said oh well then come back tomorrow. Pretty pitiful
