- JLJimbo LesjakNov 25, 20231.0Beware of this bank. I tried to contact them to verify a check from an unknown bank name. There check doesn't look real. I was told to call customer service. Alan answered after a few numbers to push to get the right department. I was informed they can't confirm that the check is real. In fact i asked if i could bring it in and cash it and he said "No, you have to have an active account to do that, you need to put the check into your own account" so even if i bring it in they won't accept the check. I asked if i could open an account with the check, and they said no. Beware of this Bank and its non ethical bank. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star.
