- FIFMHERS, Inc.Aug 27, 20251.0Opened a business account with COB & they only give us a $5,000 monthly mobile check deposit so we call to increase that limit & they tell us, oh well its a closed process. Meaning we will know if its approved when we try & deposit another check which is BS. Then they wont put our acronym to our business name on our card because thats not how it is in there system. BS. Oh & if u want an employee card, u have to give that person access to the bank account or you cant get an employee debit card. In short if u have bad credit or a super small business/just starting out this is a great bank to start with. But if your hiring employees & doing tens of thousands of dollars in revenue a month go with Bank of America.

- SSShayJul 9, 20252.0Before I even left a review I thought I’d go read others to see if I’m internalizing this but I’m not. Customer Service could’ve been better, I was made to feel like I was stopping them from doing their job. I was greeted, handed a form (glad I already knew how to fill it out because there was no direction on what to do), and my request was filled. Everything was going okay up until the end, before I could even ask my last question the representative was handed a phone and walked away… just gone. The representative next to him was occupied as well so I just left. I already drive out of my way to bank at Capital One (about 15-20 min) since they closed the location 5 minutes away from my residence so overall I’m not happy with Capital One and this experience is yet another reason why.
