I was so stressed out because somebody took some money out of my account and I needed to pay my rent on stressed out. I came in. She helped me she’s trying to set me up with a credit card for my business. I would advise anybody to talk to her at this branch and about me being rich and ghetto she’s she understand everybody personality.

The bank’s systems and processes seem rigid, and customer service even when polite feels unhelpful. If you need reliable access to your money, clear communication, and someone who’ll take responsibility rather than pass you around, this branch didn’t deliver. I hope they improve, because with the location and basic facilities they have, there is potential. But until that happens, I’ll be looking to move my banking elsewhere.
- SJShan JAug 15, 20251.0I visited the branch today to open a commercial account. The younger female teller asked me to wait, though the lobby was empty. She later escorted me herself to an office and requested documents, appearing impatient as I searched for them in my email. Within 5 minutes of this she suggested scheduling for next week, despite it being only 2:45 PM. I asked if they bank was closing she mentioned last appointments are at 4:00 PM which made no sense. I offered to sit in the lobby to retrieve documents and return given she seemed bothered, she again pushed for a later appointment. Feeling unwelcome, I left and opened the account across the street with a $150,000 deposit. This experience has ensured I will not return to this bank.
