Worst bank ever. If you want long, difficult processing with unhelpful staff this is the bank for you. Very frustrating buying a house and trying to get all the necessary documents in order. Not even my primary bank.

I went yesterday to this terminal bank and I left very happy with the service I received. As soon as I walked in, the staff welcomed me and took care of me very quickly. I went to apply for a credit card so I was referred to credit specialist named Gerardo Guajardo and he was very kind and explained all the details to me. Great customer service and amazing staff. I highly recommend this bank.
