- THTre HendersonSep 9, 20251.0Idk about this branch, but this bank sucks! I’ve never had to deal with this much bs on any mobile banking. They had me make a deposit to open the account and that’s normal, but then when I sent the money back to my original account they closed my Amegy account for “fraud”. How is it fraud and I sent it back to the SAME account THEY withdrew MY money from??? They’re slow to do anything and everything takes forever. I’m never using this bank or their services again.

I had an issue and the call center directed me to a branch, which is already a nogo (its 2023 and you're telling me i have to go to a branch to solve my issue?). But the best part is i did go to this branch and they sent me back to, you guessed it, the call center! And the call center still insists a branch needs to help me, while the branch insists they are powerless and can only direct me back to the call center. What a joke. Clearly not the bank for me!
