- SMShaquille ManningNov 11, 20255.0My mom I came into this location on last Friday to get a refund from making payments to a account that was closed she made 4 payments at different locations Ms.Meoceasha helped my mom get her refund for that particular locations, she asked if they were open on Saturday’s due to her work schedule and the wait time on the phone, my mom went to one of the locations where she made another payment and the lady had excuses on how she would have to get a approval from the manager and etc, long story short my mom called this same location and Ms.Meoceasha and she said can come in and will help her get the remaining of her refunds from the other locations and she did exactly what she said she could do from my mom, did a great job no excuses, no cutting corners she was very nice and professional thank you so much!
