  WARNING – Cash Deposit Mishandled Do not come here if you don’t want your money mishandled and to leave feeling frustrated and angry. I went to the cashier to make a cash deposit of $8,500. Before depositing, I counted and verified the amount myself. The cashier asked me to unfold the bills, which I did. Instead of counting the cash in front of me or placing it directly into the counting machine, she took my cash and walked into a back room, closed the door, and stayed there with my money. This is not standard banking procedure. When I deposit cash at Bank of America, the teller counts the money immediately and in front of the customer. They do not take cash into a closed room. When the cashier returned, she ran the money through the machine and claimed the deposit was $7,500, not $8,500 — short $1,000. She looked at me and stated it as if it were final, even though the cash had been out of my sight. If a customer’s cash is short after being taken by the teller, responsibility lies with the bank, not the customer. At no point should a teller remove cash from a customer’s view before counting it. Instead of properly addressing the issue, staff challenged me, asked if I wanted to close my account, and even told me to call the police. This account had been opened only a few hours earlier. I am filing a formal complaint and closing my account immediately. I do not trust this branch with my money. Do not deposit cash here. What happened to my money while it was taken into a closed room is unacceptable. God is watching. Update: I am documenting everything and escalating this issue.

  The manager on duty in the afternoon, Marianne (?) and one of the tellers, Alexxis (?) were super friendly, knowledgeable, and made banking easier. We were also greeted upon walking in and had little to no wait in line for a teller. The bankers are typically busy, if not backed up, most days with other customers so try to do as much as you can online or over the phone. We always seem to have the best luck with this location compared to other ones in the area in terms of wait times & staff.

  Atm is serviced almost daily yet anytime I go to make a deposit it is unavailable. This location is ridiculous. Tried calling wells Fargo to file a complaint....after waiting on hold for 15 mins I hung up, I will be closing my account tomorrow.
