- AHAnthony Hernandez3 days ago5.0The manager on duty in the afternoon, Marianne (?) and one of the tellers, Alexxis (?) were super friendly, knowledgeable, and made banking easier. We were also greeted upon walking in and had little to no wait in line for a teller. The bankers are typically busy, if not backed up, most days with other customers so try to do as much as you can online or over the phone. We always seem to have the best luck with this location compared to other ones in the area in terms of wait times & staff.
- MEMargie Green (ESister1)Jun 10, 20251.0I went to this location because I was on this side of town. I am a manager and I had large deposits to make. I went to the commercial lane and told girl to give me back the change in $5's . When i sent back to my office 25 minutes away my deposit slips were wrong. They did not give me my change back but deposited it. I spoke with the manager and she said the girl was new and it was a learning exprience I explained my accounting would be wrong and she said my account could straighten that out. I again said this was not right because I have to initial any changes and she said yes but they changed anyway without my permission and once again said a learning moment. She then told me the girl saw were i had written the amount in the cash bank and the amount to deposit on the slip and said she had asked someone. Not me and was told to deposit it all. When I complained about driving 25 miles back to get the change I was told I could not get it after 1 hour of deposit. Even tho it was not my fault and manager told me the girl was new. I am very upset and will not go back to this Wells Fargo. New employees shoud be superived when working with money and someone should be held accountable. The manager really did not care or even try to pretend she cared. I have worked with my company 12 years and I have made deposits with Wells "Fargo for 12 years and this is the worse bank I have ever went to. Just letting you know incase you are wanting to know how this bank will treat a customer of 12 years and commerical customer.
