  I tried to close my bank account the other day. A black woman tried to assist me after I was waiting about 15-20 mins. She was really rude and she kept interrupting and didn’t want to provide any real assistance. I even updated my Wells Fargo app because she said I can close my account through it (she basically tried to make me not come back because she insisted I can close my account online through the app then add at the end, “if you have any issues, you can always come in”)... 🤡🤡 guess what. I updated the app and it says for me to come in or call customer service. don’t ever want to go this Wells Fargo.

  Oh wow, 20+ people in the lobby and slow tellers. Never seen such a line in a bank. Also, why are WF locations all now sporting huge glass barricades between customers ?

  There lack of service is high and I don't understand why they close the first main entrance to the ATM Machine.... SMH they have 2 entrances in the front and they decided to close the first one when there is a ATM Machine in it.... if they want good reviews and fast service just open the entrance for the first main entrance... the drive thru ATM is already bad as it is... why are they making it hard for everyone???? Alot of banks are doing it like that even other wells Fargo do that type of process... its about to be 2022.... they need to get a better management in there....

  I’m highly convinced the employees here do not know what they are doing. I come here very often and use the commercial lane, and they ALWAYS take foreverr! My experience today was the icing on the cake. The only reason I come is because my business banks with them, and they’re the closest to me. She asked to see my ID to “verify” I work for the company?? Then told me to wait even longer to verify if the check was “really” made out to the business I work for. 😑 these people have the worst attitude also.
