- DJDee Jay3 days ago1.0I went to this location today and was told I would be charged 10 dollars to cash a check cause I was not a Wells Fargo customer. The check issuer holds a business account with the bank though. I was told by teller and by the bank branch manager Sydney that Wells Fargo can change service fee policy at any time they see fit and at any branch discretion. Now keep in mind Wells Fargo was sued for there very own employees opening fraudulent accounts under customers names and stealing millions of dollars.Once my check was ran through the check scanner the teller says to me no fees will be charged for cashing my check. Not only did I have a valid Texas Drivers License they still asked for a second form of ID after I was asked them both to show me the policy for cashing check fees.Wells Fargo is still doing shady business. And I felt as though being a black man was the only other reason I was asked for another form of ID and that I caught them both in lies. This location is very sketchy and the branch manager and tellers are as well. I will be reaching out to corporate office as well. Not once did they show me the policy for service fees.

Rob helped me through this and had my money returned within the same day. And he helped me with a few other tasks that were necessary. Unlike other Wells Fargo locations, this one has their stuff down, and and they will make sure your problems are dealt with properly, and as fast as possible.
