I had recently closed out my long term account at Chase, after 20 years because they wouldn't budge on an issue. I came to Wells Fargo and was greeted immediately with a friendly representative that asked how they could help me. I explained that I wanted to open a new account and she was happy to help me. Everyone was super helpful explaining all the different banking services to me and making sure I had the right one. In fact one of the managers, I think her name was Cindy came by and personally thanked me for opening an account with WF and if I needed anything to let her know.

Rob helped me through this and had my money returned within the same day. And he helped me with a few other tasks that were necessary. Unlike other Wells Fargo locations, this one has their stuff down, and and they will make sure your problems are dealt with properly, and as fast as possible.
