- EMEmily McBroom5 days ago1.0I would not recommend this place. I waited 15 minutes for someone to help set up a NEW account there was nobody there at all. Then I had to go up to the teller and ask if someone was coming (mind you I’m the only person there). They said the wait time was going to be pretty long so the teller was going to try and help me instead. No thanks.
- PWPat Wilson6 days ago5.0The branch manager, Jonathan, was very helpful and prompt in responding to my questions as we settled my mother’s accounts after her passing. All the bank staff at the Fry location are friendly, courteous and make you feel important as an ACU member.

Andrew has helped me periodically at the drive-thru and remembered me as I walked into the building! I call that extreme customer service! He was very helpful in helping me get approved for a loan with an incredible interest rate and eligible discounts. He also provided a few tips on how to work around small annoyances with Zelle! Thanks Andrew!
