Also recently (the past couple years) the ATMhas been changed out at the Barker Cypress/290 location. It's out of order more times than it works! Got to wait to make a deposit through the drive through.

I’m so embarrassed took 2 party check from insurance water damage job to this branch with my customer present with me. Normal protocol my customer come to my bank near their home and we both endorse the check. Just to deposit the check not cash. Why for the 8 time they would not deposit with my check with my ID and my customer ID. This is basically how I pay my workers business bills. I’m not trying to use race has a reason why. BUT Everytime in last 10 months I have talked to 7 branch managers about this issue. I guess this is Amegy policy question, deny or hold check for 21 days.This is for people of color checks until we get background check regardless of you been banking with them for 5 yrs or more.
