The tellers were always pleasant and I never had any problems with them at all. I have had to go to other branches and they were fine but not as good as Patima and her group! Thank you for great service!

Holding my money for 20 years, yet no concern when I threatened to close my account? They didn't refund the wire cost, despite their failure. Pratima Jain, the branch manager, lacks customer care. When the vise president can't figure it out and you keep getting error messages..well it's time to find a new bank. This bank goes through employees.
