- NPNicole PariseAug 11, 20221.0Went in here for a quick currency exchange...I had a $5 bill and needed special coins ($1 and half dollar pieces) for "tooth fairy money". I was denied the exchange because I didn't have an account which was extremely upsetting since finding special coins is a lot harder now. My parents have very large accounts with Prosperity and I don't have an account with any bank because my husband is in the military and we bank with USAA which has no actual branches. I'll be making a formal complaint to the branch manager and if that gets me nowhere I guess I'll just have to advise anyone who asks not to bank with a financial institution that can't perform simple tasks for those in service to this country.

Absolute rip off of a system. No other bank does this. Next person buying something from me will have an additional fee added to sale amount to cover their banks fee if its Prosperity Bank.
