I am a member of this bank and I scheduled an appointment hours in advance online for a notary. I got there five minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited for 15 minutes before I left, because the banker who took my appointment decided to accept a walk-in a few moments prior to my appointment, that was setting up an entirely new bank account. I was informed of this and told that it shouldn’t take long by one person, but that it was going to take a while from another. I ultimately left and went to a notary down the street that got me in immediately.
