Sent my debit card and license and had all types of issues with my transactions. I’ve withdrawn in this way before never had an issue. Lady was rude and unprofessional. Not very happy with level of customer service. Usually enjoy a pleasant transaction. If I could put zero stars I would.

Which I had already said I needed to open and then she asked if I had my own proof of address with my name on it? Ma’am this was my FIRST account. After her treating me like I’m dumb after asking me the most idiotic questions and me providing everything BUT some magical electrical bill that a newly 18 year old could somehow make appear, as if it wasn’t explained to her MULTIPLE times. So my mom and I just left. I went elsewhere to open my account since I can’t do my banking where my family does it. Just horrible people.

WF ALWAYS had an issue cashing my checks, or not allowing me to use my card because they were “working on their system” or they would NEVER answer a question and I could rarely get help on the phone. TODAY I got a 4,000 check from Allstate and they bank Through WF. So I went there to cash my check. They wouldn’t let me and told me I needed my wife with me (it was written to both of us) the lady helping knows who I am and ALWAYS has a difference in opinion on social media, I went to the WF downtown and the teller laughed and said “you should have easily been able to cash this by yourself because it says both your names separately, it doesn’t say Joseph Q AND Jade Q”… which made me think ever more…. Never again with WELLS FARGO! Especially Calallen location!!
