You can't get a hold of someone. Just to talk to that branch n not a customer service representative. Now I have to bring two toddlers to just get a simple question answered. Like does this branch have a coin machine??? Like really? Very inconvenient to people. What would happen if they lost a wallet? FYI it has happened and yes, they had to drive all the way over to go in and ask, instead of just calling the branch! You should have a separate phone number to call a branch.
