- LJLaToya JamesDec 12, 20252.0Fraud was committed; therefore, I called and notified them. I told the rep on the phone that I would go into the branch and not to mail a card. I left work early to drive 20 minutes to the nearest branch just to find out they were closed. Other people were by the door puzzled to why they were closed within their hours of operation. There was no sign to indicate any special closure or anything. I call customer service and they notify me they had an area meeting and all branches were closed in the area. Would have been nice to receive a text notifying me of this so I didn’t leave work early and waste my time and gas. Another issue is being able to access my account at late hours. There is always an error provided when I try to sign into the app or online to check my account and pay my bills. It is quite annoying. Very inconvenient and never compensated in any way for their shortcomings. If you are inconvenienced oh well.
