- TSTrixy SaldivarNov 12, 20251.0Their conversations need to be recorded. They lie and say they tell you something when they don’t. I received a call today saying I was due for $680 when the next payment isn’t due til tomorrow. They are very pushy as well. Can’t wait to pay them off!!!!
- CCC CNov 12, 20251.0This loan place is a joke. They take forever to call you back when you want to renew. If you aren’t eligible to renew your loan they don’t call you till they are about to close. They run your credit every 5-6 months when you want to renew. One of the representative Mikey is extremely rude. You have a 10 day grace period & after you get a late fee which I am aware of. After the fact you tell them when you’re going to pay they continue to call you & leave you voicemails when you’ve already spoken with them. I always have issues just know this isn’t like a regular loan place where you can renew & get what you’ve paid into the loan you have to build equity in order to renew.
