The level of service provided by the tellers at this branch is AMAZING ! They are a nice group of people working with the members to satisfy all of your banking needs. This bank used to be a five star however staffing changes recently has caused me to lower them to three stars. Staff no longer knows me by name and do not know their own policies and procedures or able to help when you have a question. Asking about with drawls, transfers, deposits, or how the mobile app works as well as paying bills from your computer they simply refer you to the one 800 customer service. No longer seem very personable they now seem just like a bank.
