  This bank is ridiculas my blind brother got a business account here and made them aware that he dealt with a lot of change they said it would be fine well on top of charging him 5 % of his money they had to be the rudest bunch of ppl in ever met one in particular you know who you are who would literally make faces as we walked in or sighed or even ran and hid in the back room change or bills it should not matter it’s all money we do a prison vending our livelihood and way of life depends on that change but Ppl like that look and make you feel like a piece of crap look lady O work very hard for my money and so does my blind brother I’m sorry you might break a nail or sonething your a bank well we don’t want to come to your rude tellers anymore anyway and now we have a change roller because of you you have put stress on our life and made things harder than it should have been also you have a coin counter there put it out where ppl can use it if your tellers don’t want to do their job that they get paid to do work with money I can not come anymore cause I would of end up telling your tellers off and believe me they would have been embarrassed afterwards mess with me but my brother who can’t even see you should be ashamed nasty looks yep he can’t see you but I can I’m going to write corporate about how you treat underafvsntsged ppl I believe that is a form of being racist towards him when ppl walk in with dollars they get the royal treatment but we get the rude looks and sighs you will see I’m not done with this convo you think I’ll let you just get away with being mean and rude to us you have another thing coming bet I hope you all get fired well except o e lady there was really nice the rest are the rudest ppl I’ve ever met at a bank my other brother his bank does it and never complains he even trust them enough to leave his change and they count in counter when they can and are the best sweetest tellers anyways point made I’m over your crap!   Towing people's cars after simply a few minutes of parking in your lot is considered unethical and possibly even illegal. Your organization hires spotters to report vehicles to a towing company lurking nearby. You may have signs posted enforcing the removal of vehicles but do not explicitly mention anything about time limits or even warn people in advance to move or run the risk of being towed. Your response to reviewing parking practices moving forward is also deceitful, coming across as a trap you are precipitating rather than providing transparency to the general public as a warning made in good faith to avoid becoming the latest towing victim. Your organization should be investigated further for these unethical practices and exorbitant costs your towing company of preference inconveniently imposes on people who are just trying to survive out there.

  This bank hires a towing company to watch their parking lot during the weekend, which will boot your vehicle and charge you a lot of money to take it off or they will tow it. My family finally saved up money to have a night out and when we arrive we find that our truck has a boot on it and 6 people from creed towing were ready to take our money. We had noticed the huge man from creed towing watching us park earlier in the night and watched me get my kids out of the vehicle and walk off to a night of fun which turned into spending the little money we had getting the boot off. Shame on prosperity bank. I will take my time and stand in front of the bank with a sign to let people know to not park there so Creed towing can no longer rob people of their money.

  Making a business deposit 2 weeks ago and went to the drive-thru, they were close because AC was out. Went back today and you couldn't even get in to the drive-thru because the roads were all blocked off. Frustrating to say the least. Would have went to the Staples location like I did last time, but it took over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Going to try the Saratoga location today.
