- MJMicheal JonesNov 29, 20251.0I asked for ten’s and the teller gave me five’s. I guess paying attention to details isn’t a requirement to work there. This isn’t the first time or only branch to do this. The whole financial institution doesn’t even deserve one star.
- PWPreston WyattAug 26, 20251.0I asked to use the restroom after making my deposit. Teller said that there was no public restroom. I stated that I was about to poop in the lobby. Silence on her part. I asked to see a manager. Silence again. I asked if she heard what I had said. Twice. She then replied that she had contacted a manager. Moments went by. I asked when the Managers were coming. Silence again on the teller's part. A manager appeared and led me to the restroom stating that there were a lot of homeless in the area. I stuck out both of my hands and wrists that had a $5,000 gold nugget watch, three 14k Gold and diamond rings and a gold wrist chain and asked, "Do I look homeless to you?" I have a tiny business account there and keep the bulk of my money and CDs in Randolph Brooks and Wells Fargo. After this experience I will be closing my account due to the cavalier nature of this teller.
