- EYEdward YoumansNov 8, 20241.0I don't recommend for business banking. Everything had to go through the manager which took weeks between emails. After 4-months of red tape, previous banking statement requests, applications, and tons of questions; I was finally called by the manager with a "Congratulations" we are going to open your account. I was excited and made commitments to vendors and customers to only be called a few days later from the same manger saying he was sorry but they decided not to open the account. PlainsCapitol has no intentions of serving businesses or the community...they just want your deposits so they can then re-loan your own money back to you and others at a premium. Do your own research, proceed with caution, and best of luck in your business adventures. Thanks for reading.
