I rushed to my bank to cash it and they told me that only PNC could cash the check. My bank then called PNC and PNC confirmed that they could cash the check. I am now stuck out of town without the cash I needed to conduct business because a girl at this PNC location lied to my face about being able to cash a check, all because she wanted to go home early. So keep that in mind before you do business with them.
