- ACAA consultingDec 15, 20251.0Won’t answer the phone, I had to go into the branch to even have someone call me. Tried to make an appointment they made it the wrong day I told them NO THAT WONT WORk. Tried calling back over 30 times with no response went back in called while there a they look at the phone. I ask for manager tell me no manager, then gives me number to another branch and told me it was the manager number. Might I add the branch they gave me is an hour away from this branch. Clearly the people working have no sense or direction on what to do or how to even work there. I suggest another Wells Fargo because I’m confident they will not even know how to set up an account if they can’t even schedule me for the right day or answer the phone.

WellsFargo cancelled my debit card 3 times in less than a year without notifying me nor providing a reason. I discovered the problem each time while I tried to pay for my groceries. None of the cards were expired AND WellsFargo sent me THREE new ones ALL AT ONCE. The representative at the bank was kind but could not give me any straight answers. Very frustrating!!
