- LJLamonica Jones6 days ago1.0just now New The worst bank ever!!!!! I was trying to pull money off my account in drive through i couldn’t what ever reason then. I get a call from a female I believe she was a manager and she accused me of sterling the tub that you send to the tellers. I told her I didn’t have it she said I did and that she will charge my account. Then I called up there because I was on my way back up there to give her a piece of my mind some worker said it was found and that it was stuck I got no apologies or nothing I absolutely hate that bank

Some older lady teller and she was super pleasant, efficient and even fun to do business with! Also helps that this location is sometimes open on Sundays, unlike the spot over in Lewisville! Nice open space too and not so cramped either. Building is bigger than it looks!!
