I had a wonderful experience with the Truist Bank branch in Coppell today, August 21, 2025. I want to extend special thanks to Branch Manager Mr. Zeeshan S. and his team for their outstanding service. I initially spoke with Sally over the phone—she was courteous, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
Zeeshan has done an EXCELLENT job in helping me with my SafeBox request. He handled everything with great accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his expertise.
The branch itself is always neat, clean, and very comfortable. It’s clear that this location is well-managed by Zeeshan & his colleagues and is customer-focused. I highly recommend this Truist Bank branch located in Coppell, TX, to anyone looking for reliable and professional banking services.

Once all changes from CitiBank to BB&T completed and newness stabilized I am pleased with the help they offered us through our struggles to learn the various serves and how to use some of them. People service at this location and two near my home in Garland have very carrying service reps. Thank you

BB&T in general is terrible. No one is knowledgable on any security on their bank or on the website. I called the toll free number after banking hours when the ATM machine did not work. The staff was unprofessional and asked me personal questions instead of my security questions. I felt really unsafe with this bank. And to top it off I discovered my account was hacked into!!! The personal was not eager to look into investigating to make sure I was not hacked into. It was after I had to ask several times to look into my account that it was finally decided it was hacked into. Why did the bank not immediately freeze my account or notify me!!! I felt unsafe and am glad I am no longer with this bank.
