I immediately complimented their bubbly, friendly personalities and eagerness to help! It is so common to see unkind and unmotivated personnel at branch locations, so this was a breath of fresh air!! Jenny was the clerk assisting in the withdraw and she was quick but thorough! The atmosphere was also amazing for a bank. It was beyond clean, there's a modern aesthetic and the music was so fun and alive! Thanks to you four for giving me such a smooth and quick experience!

A young man named David assisted me in obtaining my cashier's check and informed me about the Capital One café located inside Stonebriar Mall, which I had not known about before. If I had been aware, I would have visited that location more often. David truly went above and beyond by opening the door for me while I was holding my sleeping granddaughter. He recognized that she was heavy and offered his assistance without hesitation. Having someone like David at this location was refreshing; he genuinely understood what it means to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that customers leave with a smile. I am rating my experience today with 5 stars. However, if I could give more stars, I would rate it 100 stars for David's exceptional help.
