They forced Debit card customers onto the unreliable Discover network. I'm leaving this bank

Dora is great helper. We had problems to open account online and she helped to resolve the problem. The other branch we went last week didn’t catch the part and I had to go through unnecessary route to do it.

I came in last Friday to make a withdraw in-person and WOW! Jenny, David, Farah and Dora were the best team I could have possibly walked into! I immediately complimented their bubbly, friendly personalities and eagerness to help! It is so common to see unkind and unmotivated personnel at branch locations, so this was a breath of fresh air!! Jenny was the clerk assisting in the withdraw and she was quick but thorough! The atmosphere was also amazing for a bank. It was beyond clean, there's a modern aesthetic and the music was so fun and alive! Thanks to you four for giving me such a smooth and quick experience!
