- NPNina POct 3, 20251.0This bank is a joke. They closed my account claiming I had “too many disputes” and decided for me that my reasons weren’t valid. Newsflash: a dispute is a customer’s right when they’re not satisfied with a charge or service. Instead of helping, they basically punished me for protecting my money. The irony is this isn’t even a big bank, yet they act like they’re doing you a favor by letting you keep YOUR own money. Ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and go with a real bank or a credit union that actually values its members. Bank of Texas = unprofessional and petty! 👎

One of the best of treatment and help I have ever gotten from ANY banking institution! May just just have to switch from Chase to Bank of Texas!
