- SPSonya PerryDec 28, 20251.0My son received a check from the Social Security for his late Father. I have an account with Wells Fargo for 20 odd years. They people we're not helpful at all. They said since it was a Government check that they would cash it. They confirmed the check was valid, ran it through their machine and marked it with their number and then decided "oh we can't cash it!" But nobody could give a straight answer why. Just we don't do that since could is over. We went to a check cashing place. They was going to do it but wells fargo's number was on the back, they told us to go back to the bank and ask for the manager. The manager wouldn't speak to us. And they told us "just get it reprinted!" They were ride and very unhelpful. They are the was who made the mistake. We went to Woodforest. Had no problems. They were about to close but took the time to speak to us and explain and still cash the check. Do better Conroe wells fargo!!!

- EMErandi MJun 7, 20211.0I always have to wait almost 1 hr on the drive thru, it is super frustrating. The tellers are super slow. I could go to chase drive thru 10 times with the amount of time they take to do a simple deposit at this Wells Fargo. Today I had to end up getting out of the commercial line and leave because I had 4 cars in front of me when I got there waited 30min and still have 4 cars in front of me. The other lines only had 2 cars so I don't know what the wait was. I had a appointment to go to but I also needed to make this deposit so it is just super frustrating. I never have to deal with this at Chase and I have been behind 8 cars before.
