We arrived for our appointment we were advised that they were with another customer and it would be a while. We stayed this was fine due to having to handle other banking needs. After waiting for 20 minutes in line to speak to a teller to make a deposit, we sit down to wait for out appointment. After waiting we have another bank associate pass us and asked if we have a quick question, but that is all he could help with because he had an upcoming appointment. We explained that we have an appointment scheduled with someone else and it 30 minutes past our schedule appointment. The teller explained that they had three people call off for that day. If we would have know, we would have made other arrangements regarding this info. After this point everything went downhill. We will not be using this back again.
