The incapable staff asked three different ID of mine to do the transaction because I’m an international customer. At the end, they failed to finalize the transaction and it made me feel like I can’t have my own money I have been depositing for many years. On the other hand, Comfort Branch helped me to address what the problem is in regards of the ID confirmation and assist me to sort it out. I owe them a big thanks for their help and valued me as a customer.
