This kid needs a job away from customer service. He had zero friendliness. I was clearly putting him out. I thought paying off my home mortgage was going to be an exciting experience. Thanks for taking the joy out of it, Dylan.

If she isn't servicing another customer, she readily invites me over; even for small talk- if not for business. She has on a few occasions helped/solved account issues rapidly and effectively. This bank is definitely an extension of great service and strives to provide satisfaction. A truly enjoyable experience within a banking environment!
