I stopped by another local Truist branch, but i didn't felt welcomed nor appreciated. I'm glad I gave them another chance and visited the Colleyville location. From the moment I walked through the glass door, brand leader Diego welcomed with such a high level of world class grace and positivity. I had the pleasure of working with personal banker Vyanna as as well as Andrew M. Both personnel were quite the true delight to have met and assisted me in opening a new small business account.
As fast as this world moves, its really nice to know there are people out there that still offers their time and hand to help local residents. I look forward to thousands of transactions with Truist.
Colleyville definitely has the A1 Team locked down. Thank you for exceptional customer service.

I've been going to this particular branch, whenever I've needed to visit a branch, since moving to Texas in 2011. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help. Much love to Cindy, Andrew, Jay, and everyone!!! I always look forward to my trips to this branch, just because the crew is so outstanding. They make me feel like family every time I walk thru the door.

Because Andrew made a difference:)
Sung to tune of “The Edmund Fitzgerald”
The legend lives on from the Wall Street on down
Of the big bankers fail called ‘glitcha glumee’
Wall street it is said,
never gives up its dead
When the banking in November turns gloomy
With an ACH score
Five thousand bucks, maybe more
And a routing number gets burly
That transferring glue was a bone to be chewed
When these mistakes in November come early.
BBT bank was the pride of the American side
Serving daily all states including Wisconsin
As the big bankers go,
it was more personal than most
With BBT’s crew and a guy named Andrew
well seasoned
Concluding some terms
with a couple of client firms
Andrew took one more customer a dealin
And later that day when the closing bell rang
It was the ACH issues his client be feelin'?
Andrew’s keyboard
and the wires made a tattle-tale sound
And his voice broke over the railin
And this customer knew, as the Andrew did too,
T'was the glitch of November come stealin'.
The ACH missed its date
and the breakfast had to wait
When that witch of November came slashin'.
When the afternoon came
it was broken hearts & rain
In the face of this banking whirlwind.
When suppertime came,
Andrew came on deck sayin'.
Joe, go home, I’ll call you when I need ya.
At Five P. M.
A cell phone call came in,
the big guy said Joe, in the morning I’ll see ya
BOA called in
they had bad customer service comin' in
And their bank and their reputation now terrible
And later that night
when the BOA turned out its lights
Joe turned to BBT to save him from Peril
Does any one know where the love of God goes
When banking turns the minutes to hours?
The bankers all say
they'd have made the wire OK
If they'd put fifteen minutes of service more in her.
BOA should be split up
or they should be capsized;
As they lose customers and take on water.
For me, of BOA, all that remains
is the faces and the names
Of their lost customers
and their sons and their daughters.
Now this customer rolls, and belt’s out as he sings
About BBT’s employees and groovers.
Yes, for me, Andrew’s service is a customer's dream;
The others and their banks are for losers.
And further you should know
from this customer Joe
He appreciates that BBT Andrew’s so ember’d
And as the land banks go and its customers all know
BBT and the big guy will be remembered.
In a season called fall in Colleyville it’s prayed,
Keep this Andrew here and holding the ball
Now my clock bell chimed
till it rang twenty-nine times
For each member of the BBT team, one and all
The legend lives on from wall street on down
Of the big bankers fail they call 'Glitcha Gumee'.
Wall street, they said, never gives up its dead
When the glitches of November come early!
