  Multiple wonderful experiences with the folks at this branch. Friendly customer service, going above and beyond what is expected. I had a bunch of checks blow away in the wind when trying to use the drive thru. The staff at this branch helped look for the checks and even called me the next day to let me know they found one in the parking lot.

  EVERYONE here has been so extremely helpful to our family. So personable and kind-hearted; my mom banked here and they sent us a sympathy card with everyone's signature on my mom's passing; absolutely unbelievable kindness! Amazing service.

  This one star is for Jacob and/or Alicia whoever. I don’t know which of the two that , “assisted” just now because neither of them said a single word to me upon arrival or before leaving! I brought my aunt here through the drive through because we were in the area running errands and the experience was trash just like their customer service. Perhaps these two need training or a different job outside of customer service. Just sharing my experience with y’all!

  I had an issue with a lost check, and they went above and beyond to help me get the situation corrected. I'm so glad that we decided to go with Prosperity! They even called to follow up and let me know that everything had been taken care of. It has been a great experience.
