  I was able to connect with Trent as my wife and I were ramping up our plans to purchase a home. From the very start, Trent listened to our needs and expectations, and was upfront and honest with us about the process, what we would need to complete and what to expect from each step. I initially started working with someone else to secure financing to purchase our new home, but soon realized it was in my best interest to go with Trent Pride. Trent and his team was a pleasure to work with. In my experience buying a home comes with a unique set of stressors and curveballs. Despite my families ability to hit most curveballs thrown our way, this purchase tested us even more than we could have imagined. That is why I am so glad I decided to work with Trent. From start to finish, despite the ups and downs, I had confidence in his team's ability to get us through to the finish line. As a realtor I have seen how badly things can go between signing a contract and your expected close date. What made our experience great was the care and direction Trent provided to us throughout this process. I never worried if something was going to get done that he said he would do. He did what he promised. I was not concerned that something would slip between the cracks. They looked after the big and small details. All of these things and more is the reason we had a great experience working with Trent Pride and his team. I will be sure to encourage my networks to reach out when they need a dependable mortgage lender to get them from "I found my dream home" to "its closing day".
