Only issue I've ever had was with Radele today on the phone when she repeatedly spoke to me as if was too ignorant to have an intelligent conversation. I needed one transaction approved instead of my entire card limit being increased but apparently that cant be done with this bank. Talking to people as though you think you're superior in some way shows a lot about a person's character and there's really no place for that kind of attitude in customer service.

I do not recommend them to anyone. They like to make you believe everything is easy in the beginning and will keep delaying the closing date and continue ask for more and more paperwork that should have been gathered before the pre approval letter was handed to us.
