I’m a paramedic from New Braunfels, but work in Falls County and am not happy with my current institution. I wanted to use someone local to my work and Extraco was recommended to me. Shawna was bright, knowledgeable and super polite. She started the whole process for me and then sent me to Harlee. My experience with Harlee was equally fantastic. She had my account ready for me when i arrived and walked me through the entire process as well as made sure I had every bit of information I needed. I haven’t seen customer service like this at a banking institution. I have since recommended this bank to all of my colleagues within their service area. Solid 5 star.

Shawna, the bank manager, and Harley, the personal customer guide and accounts set up facilitator, were awesome. You cannot find a more rewarding experience with any customer service, anywhere. Their knowledge and skills are off the chart. When you enter the bank, you can leave your troubles at the door, because the warm effervescent comfort that you experience from Shawna and Harley are the best. Their skills at making you feel welcome and relaxed, while helping you through the fog of banking rocket science, are unsurpassed. The experience with Shawna and Harley and staff is like a therapy immersion soak in an aromatic, healing, understanding, helpful atmosphere. One more thing, as I was reluctantly leaving, it was raining, and Shawna came out of the bank with an umbrella and walked me to my car!!❤️. Who does that?~ ~ especially bank managers, ~~or managers anywhere for that matter. They could charge for these comfort visits. They could be called Shawna/Harley off world therapy sessions.
