As a business manager, I regularly deposit funds and exchange currency through their drive-through, but today I was told I couldn't get a cashier's check with cash in hand because my name isn't on the account, despite the fact that I manage the account and had the cash ready for the transaction. The bank's refusal to issue a cashier's check under these circumstances is baffling and unprofessional, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I expected better customer service and flexibility, especially given my consistent banking relationship with them.

Wish for her and myself they offered cash deposits at the atm that posted directly to her checking account. I personally use wells Fargo and they are up to date and speed with deposits. I can put cash in or do mobile deposits with checks and it's almost instantly, moneys there. Prosperity bank needs to get up to date and speed when they built the new bank in Cleveland, tx we figuredthey would have had some of the bells and whistles but NOPE.

I am in my late sixties and have moved often and had many banks. This group in Cleveland or anywhere else I travel in Texas are great. This is the first time ever for me give a review for anyone.
